Calling 5th Grade Parents & Guardians! Help us celebrate our graduating fifth graders. We’re looking for parent volunteers to coordinate commemorative t-shirts and yard signs for this special milestone. Interested?
Help Bring the Art Walk to Life
It takes a village to create the magic of Art Walk, and we’d love your help. Join us on Friday, May 1 to help set up the gallery, or volunteer during the event on Monday, May 4 to welcome families, assist with framing, and help make the evening special for our Superstars.
Whether you can give an hour or the whole evening, every helping hand makes a difference in bringing this beloved Brook Park tradition to life.

Volunteers Needed for End-of-Year Celebrations
Help us make our End-of-Year Spring Celebrations extra special for our students! We’re looking for volunteers to support grade-level parties through activities, setup, and event-day fun. Whether you can lend a hand for a little or a lot, your support helps make these celebrations memorable.
There are multiple options for volunteer sign-ups and donation needs for each specific class. Thank you for helping us send the school year out in style!

Help shape the return of BP Art Connections
BP Art Connections (formerly known as Picture Person) is a beloved program that brings art appreciation into the classroom—but it can only continue with parent support. While a partial framework and some basic lessons are in place, the program isn’t ready to launch just yet.
We’re looking for parents to join a planning committee to help finalize lessons, coordinate logistics, and guide how the program will run this year. Once planning is complete, volunteers will also be needed to bring the program to life in classrooms.
If you’re passionate about art, creativity, or simply want to help keep this tradition alive for our students, we’d love for you to get involved. The program’s future depends on parent participation.
Volunteers and Committee Chairs
Want to play a bigger role in shaping the fun? We’re growing our volunteer list for events all year long. Whether you can give time to one event or many, you’ll be able to sign up for shifts and needs closer to each date.
We’re also looking for committee leads and chairs for some of our biggest events—like the Spring Fling and Block Party. This is a great year to shadow current leads so you’re ready to take the reins next year. Our most-loved events can’t happen without parent leadership, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Can you help? Brook Park’s Belonging, Community & Engagement (BC&E) Committee is looking for volunteers to help us update the BC&E Corner every month. This involves finding material related to the Awareness Month and hanging it up on the designated wall in the school.
We need your help in making this project a success! If you have any interest in promoting belonging and community in our school, we would love for you to get involved. It's a great opportunity to meet other parents and to make a positive impact on our school community.

Join a BPC Planning Committee
The BPC has more than 25 committees that help to run all the fabulous events for our Superstars and their families. As time goes on and our little ones grow up sadly our beloved committee chairpeople and members also move on. We are looking to rebuild many of our favorite committees and build a few new ones.
